DMCA Policy

Effective Date: January 12, 2026

RawPax (owned by Tianjin Jiayu Culture Co., Ltd.) respects intellectual property rights and follows the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This page explains how to send a valid notice of copyright infringement, how we respond, how to submit a counter-notice, and our policy on repeat infringers. It is published for transparency and legal compliance.

How to File a DMCA Notice (17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3))

If you believe content on our website infringes your copyright, your written notice must include:

  1. Identify the copyrighted work you claim is infringed (title, registration number, or a brief description).
  2. Identify the allegedly infringing material and its location on our site with a specific URL so we can find it.
  3. Your contact information: full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Good-faith statement: “I have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
  5. Accuracy/authority statement (under penalty of perjury): “The information in this notice is accurate, and I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.”
  6. Signature: physical or electronic.

Our Response to Valid Notices

After receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the material or take other appropriate action. When feasible, we will notify the user or provider responsible for the content and provide information about how to submit a counter-notice. We aim to review properly formatted notices within 2–3 business days during operating hours.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, send a written counter-notice containing:

  1. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location (URL) where it appeared before removal.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your contact information: full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Consent to jurisdiction and service: “I consent to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Tianjin, China (or the jurisdiction where my address is located if within the US), and will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice or their agent.”
  5. Signature: physical or electronic.

Send the counter-notice to our Designated Copyright Agent listed above. Unless the original complainant informs us that they have filed a court action to restrain the allegedly infringing material, we may restore the content within 10–14 days after receiving your valid counter-notice.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Where appropriate and at our discretion, we may suspend or terminate accounts or site access of users determined to be repeat infringers.

Misrepresentations (17 U.S.C. §512(f))

Anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing—or that it was removed by mistake—may be liable for damages, costs, and attorneys’ fees.
