Payment Disputes & Refunds

If you do not recognize a charge or have an issue with your order, please contact us immediately at service@RawPax.com before contacting your bank.

We are committed to resolving all issues within 24 hours. Initiating a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first may result in a prolonged resolution process (up to 75 days) due to banking procedures. We are happy to issue refunds promptly in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

How to Pay Online via PayPal
