1. Ordering & Payments
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: To ensure the security of your transactions, we exclusively use PayPal. You can pay using your PayPal balance, or if you don't have an account, you can use the Guest Checkout feature to pay securely with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover cards.
Q: How will the charge appear on my bank statement?
A: The charge will appear as "PAYPAL *RAWPAX" or "PAYPAL *TIANJINJIAYU" on your credit card or bank statement. Please note this to avoid any confusion.
Q: In which currency will I be charged?
A: All prices displayed on RawPax.com are in United States Dollars (USD). If you are purchasing from outside the US, your bank or PayPal will automatically convert the amount to your local currency at their current exchange rate.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
A: We aim to process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact service@RawPax.com within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has entered the shipping phase, modifications are no longer possible.
2. Shipping & Logistics
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Typical delivery to the US and Canada takes 7–15 business days following a 1–3 business day processing window. We ship from strategic logistics hubs in Asia and North America depending on stock availability.
Q: How can I track my package?
A: As soon as your order ships, we will email you a Tracking Number. You can use this to monitor your shipment's status online.
Q: Will I have to pay customs duties?
A: For most orders to the US, duties are not applicable. However, for other international destinations, customers are responsible for any local customs fees or import taxes levied by their local authorities.
3. Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Products must be in their original, unused condition. Please contact us first to obtain a return authorization.
Q: How do I request a refund?
A: Please contact service@RawPax.com with your order number and the issue. We aim to resolve all inquiries within 24 hours.
